Refund Policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases from MarginHero, operated by MarginHero.
Because MarginHero sells digital products, downloadable templates, assessments, training, and custom materials, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and whether access or delivery has already occurred.
1. Digital Downloads
Digital downloads include PDFs, templates, checklists, trackers, toolkits, guides, and similar files.
Unless the product page states otherwise, digital download purchases are final once the file, access link, or download page has been delivered.
If you purchased the wrong product, experienced a technical delivery issue, or believe the product was materially different from the product description, contact us at hello@marginsmith.ai within 7 days of purchase.
We may, at our discretion:
- Re-send access or download links
- Provide technical assistance
- Offer a replacement product
- Issue a partial or full refund
2. Online Training
For online courses or training products, refund eligibility will be listed on the checkout page. If no separate refund terms are listed, training purchases are refundable only if:
- You request a refund within
7 daysof purchase; and - You have not completed a substantial portion of the course; and
- You have not downloaded a substantial portion of included materials.
We may deny refunds where access has been substantially used, shared, downloaded, copied, or abused.
3. Subscriptions And Memberships
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel future renewals through the applicable platform or by contacting hello@marginsmith.ai. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the checkout page:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
- We do not prorate partial months.
- You will retain access through the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated for violation of our Terms.
4. Custom Services
Custom services may include branded templates, policy customization, training customization, implementation support, reports, consulting, or business-specific materials.
Custom service payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project is canceled before completion, any refund or credit will be determined based on the work already performed, expenses incurred, project terms, and any written agreement between us.
5. Duplicate Or Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us at hello@marginsmith.ai as soon as possible. We may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction if we can confirm the duplicate purchase and no additional access or use occurred.
6. Technical Problems
If you cannot access a purchased product because of a technical issue, contact us at hello@marginsmith.ai. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend files, or provide an alternate delivery method.
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if we can provide reasonable access to the purchased materials.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to purchased products, accounts, subscriptions, or services while the dispute is pending.
8. How To Request A Refund
Email hello@marginsmith.ai with:
- Your name
- Purchase email address
- Product purchased
- Purchase date
- Order number, if available
- Reason for the request
We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and evaluate the request.
9. Rights Required By Law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
